I really do hope this is the last of the piercings for the Bleeker girls. It will be the last that I participate in, and condone, anyway! The big girls had been trying all summer to convince her to get her ears pierced, but if we know one thing to be true of Amirah it is that you can’t convince her of anything. True to form, one morning at breakfast she announced, “I want to get my earrings this day.”
She was a little shocked when they went it, but way too stubborn to cry! She was all smiles when she saw the little studs shining in her ears.
