Cheerful

When I see this picture I think….“cheerful”.  He was so cheerful when he had to leave track practice early, change into his Sunday clothes, and play his instrument for his mom and dad, aunt, grandma, and a judge!  He was so cheerful!  {I hope you catch sarcasm better than he does}

We did get a little smile out of him when his band teacher who was sitting in the back of the room announced at the end of his performance, “Well, I think somebody belongs in jazz band!”
